When the vehicle arrives at our facility, our staff prepares all the necessary paperwork and telephone calls to the insurance company, parts vendors, and vehicle owner.

The vehicle is examined by our trained professionals. Any additional or hidden damage is quickly and effectively communicated to the owner and the insurance company.

The damaged portion of the vehicle is dismantled and all damaged parts are replaced and/or repaired depending on the damage.

The vehicle is then re-assembled, then prepared for painting, then painted. After the vehicle is detailed, it then goes through a rigorous inspection system. Finally, once approval is given, then it is ready for pick-up by the owner.
